Just travelled over 500 miles spent 4 hours on and waiting for 2 ferry rides at a cost of 200 bux, to pick this up.
It's my son that got it I went along to check it out. Custom frame and 2 engines.
D0so I think it's made by Cycle One, it's single downtube, goosenecked, and set up for a 200 tire.
Should be fun to play around with, will try to get a better pic later, took this one from inside the car

Just be sure to note if the motor mounts have been shifted over to account for the 200 rear. That’ll make you countershift your weight more than you’re use to.

Medyo, I was wondering about that. The guy we got it from had no certificate of origin for it but said he had contracted the maker with the serial number , and he informed him it was an Sohc frame , he had thought it was a dohc.
There was a Springer and wheel too, but we decided not to buy that ..

Cycle one gives the option to offset the engine for wider rear wheels. One other way of telling is if your exhaust ends up offset compared to the single downtube.

I have a wide 15 inch we might use of my buddies sportster dragbikem has a 235 on it, but likely won't fit. It's probably wider than what should be on that rim so 200 might be just right. I have a short girder with a good shock, might try that just to see how it sits....plenty of options, it's what is fun about choppers.
The shaved cam cover has bad chrome, night blast it and try to powdercoat it.
No mount for jack shaft but a couple bits were cut off the frame. I don't care for the pointy axle plates, my son seems to like them.

Engine is offset. We mocked up a short girder without bearings in place to see how it looks . Frame sitting level , front axle hole a bit lower than the rear.. should be close to proper stance.. can tell more once we get bearings and the second race in. The chunky wide girder looks pretty good on that frame.

I've got a sporty peanut tank with cap and petcock that I got with my K8 up for grabs, maybe trade for something if shipping isn't too high.

I don't know about tank yet, we have a few to try, and may try to build a tank. I am glad frame tube under gas tank is not curved, make it harder to fit a tank.. No clear indication of what style he thinks he likes yet.
It sounds like we will run a 200 tire or180. I have a fender tbat I stashed a few years back that we may be able to run, its a Rocket 3 front fender that we will turn around and try to use.. i know it was too wide for an Amen frame.

Mocked up a 230/60 15 today looks really good except I think we will have to switch to a 200 width tire.
It suits the frame I think..

Really ? It's not gonna work on here, with fat tires , wide girder, etc
Ran into a problem , looks like lower neck bearing hole was not machined to full size, need to make a race or turn one down, will make a bushing so we can get it on wheels, 3 inches slop at end of fork, is not what I will work with..

What are they going to be used for? I do a lot of woodwork, much of it with tropical "cookies" from mango, monkeypod, kiawe and other local trees.

Frank, could you turn a bearing "cup" that would press into the neck, that would accept a standard race, kind of like the races on a bicycle, or would that make the neck too long for the the stem?

That would require a new stem , I have a brand new stem with chrome nuts , that I want to use.. so bore out neck to proper size (not right now) or make a bushing or mod a race... looks best for now..
Or rig up simple line bore tool.
Best to do simple for now, get it on wheels , start mocking things up.. while we got momentum... you know what happens when momentum stops ..
