Clip for air box drain hose on CB550?

1976 Honda CB550

The pic below (item circled) shows what I think is a clip for the drain hose from the air box, is this what it is?

If not, what is it?

Thanks Delta, that clears it up.

That link has good info, it appears it is a '76 K2 one year only for the US market.  The breather hose from the air box attaches here for oil build up drainage from the breather system.

Parts list shows part #: 90514-374-700 Breather tube

My 1976 cb750 K6 has a similar clip, mounted under the right passenger foot peg. The vent hose comes all the way from the top of the cam cover. Interestingly, the Owner’s Manual makes specific mention of a plastic plug, stuck in the end of the hose. The Service Recommendations list draining it on a regular basis. Of course, the plug was missing.
