CB750K0 starter cover - shiny or dull chrome?

Is the starter cover on the CB750K0 supposed to be a shiny, mirror like finish or a dull chrome finish?

Tough call. Mine is chrome for sure, but not the best chrome finish I have ever seen, so I guess you could call it a dull chrome.
