the carbs are stock. that i know off. will it run lean, im thinking yes.. if so does anyone know what to do..to get it back to norm.  it sound good and people can hear me.. thats is beter, loud pipes save lives in my book..

you're gonna have to jet the carbs, it's subjective from motor to motor. 
z1enterprizes has the round jets for cheap.

Of bigger concern is your intake system.  There's none in the pic, what do you plan to run?  Pods?  Stacks?  Breadbox?  Airbox?  Nothing??  This decision has a much more direct impact on your jetting than the exhaust.

I'd say to buy 3 sets, graduating up from what's in there now.
you'll have to experiment with it till it's right.

If you want to quiet the pipes a bit.........it may be cool to use the old Snuff-r-Nots.  They are spring-mounted washers that can be turned flush to create some back-pressure.....or turned open to allow the full bravato of the motor.  Others have inserted short baffles removed from mufflers taken from older model twins.

Your jet sizes will likes fall in the 115 - 120 - 125 range for street cruising with a stock motor.

is it neeeded or just the bike looses lowend..using cone fiters

I haven't tried switching my bike to the airbox to see how much they actually differ yet. My 74k has cones and it makes next to no power until I get above three thousand RPMs. From three thousand on up to redline it pulls hard but it's mostly lifeless before that. I've read here that a 750 using the airbox will pull harder for much more of the RPM range. I intend to switch but need to finish rebuilding my transmission before I can even consider that undertaking
