It was a great series! Almost wanted Philly to win so there would be a game 7 and they could win at home. HAWKS!!

I must confess, I'm not a hockey fan, but this was fun to watch!  I'm glad it didn't have to happen in the 7th game, but it would have been nice to have won on home ice.  The Hawks were great!  I let the dogs out after the game and I could hear fireworks going off all over the place!  Lots of happy fans!
Congrats Hawks.  Now let's get on with the parade  8)

Went totally un-noticed down here in Alabama...

Wait... hold the presses....  They are playing world cup soccer this weekend and we get to loose in the first round to England.... hmmm   Bet that goes un-noticed as well....  :) :) :)

Even though I still cheer for the hometown boys (GO SABRES!) :D, I am glad that the Hawks won this year.  I just couldn't stand to see Philly win another one.

i'm not a huge hockey fan .. but i have followed the blackhawks on and off since the early 90s (the last time they were good)

and i too , took the dog out last night and it sounded like a gang war was going on , with all the gun shots and fireworks ..

so i pulled mine out and let a few rounds off too.. (at a dirt hill, not in the air like most idiots probly were)

Last night was the 1st hockey game I have watched in years.

A little late, but congrats Hawks. My hatred for Philly would have me rooting for whoever was playing the Flyers.

Too bad it wasn't the Pens, could have been a great series with Crosby v Toews. Maybe next year.

Yeah, I know it was fictional. I thought after the success of the movie Mike Myers was going to open a real one for sure!

Maybe he heard Tim Hortons was moving into the Chicagoland area and changed his mind.  ;D
