Whats it fit???? Its metallic silver and purple swirl... I dig it!

Might make it a part of a package deal with some trail 90s and z1....

My thoughts exactly. Guy says it may be from a 350/360... My cousin has a cb350 he wants me to trick out... I think this tank would be freakin sweet on a little chopper!

you must need special paint for it to work.

the video said to use humbrol paint.  it also said to mix borax in the water, which would make the water thicker. must be some kind of combination of the two that makes the paint float on top like that.

I found the tank in an old chicken house out in the country. Guy used to owned a shop til he had one too many heart attacks and had to close up. Was out there looking at  a CL175, some trail 90s, and a Z1... Saw this sitting on a shelf. Guy has so much stuff, its unreal! Whats this fit??? I am going to ask him for it, hoping it fits a CB350. My cousin has one he wants me to tweak on...

that tank would look really sick on a nice chromed hard tail/bobber frame, twin cycl...

I remember doing that kinda painting with my grandma waaaaay back in the day.. i think it was back in her vase and lamp making days.. hippies... LOL i thought she used oil paint on water tho..? i could be wrong... next time i go home to visit, i'll pick her brain.. (be honest, I'll be more surprised if she even remembers that far back =( lol )

anyways. thats a super cool tank.. and worthy of a great build.. oooh! do I see a build thread coming on??? LOL

man...  where's the jaw dropping to the floor smiley face!  SO sweet!

don't you love how you can plan an entire build around one part?  how many of us have found that one perfect part for a build, and bought it in the hopes you can build the bike!   ;D

If it is from a 350 twin, it would be from a CL or SL looks nothing like my tank.

It's not from a CB360... At least it doesn't look anything like the tank on the 360 in my garage.

agree with above poster....when I saw it, I pictured bowling balls.....Brunswick.

VERY cool tank!  I'd like to have, just for a coffee table decoration.
