Picked up a 17" reverse cone muffler.  Perfect fit!  I really like how close it's hugging to the frame.

Added some dash lights in the bucket.  Couldn't find a blue one...no biggie.

id love to see some details about how you did this and where you got the lights from!

Incredibly easy this.

Radio Shack has the bulbs in stock.  Here's a link their site:  http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2062568

They stock Red, Green and Amber.  But I could not get Blue.

To install, you simply drill the required hole and mount.  Really, it's that easy.  Connecting the lights to the harness is relatively simple.  However with the LED, you must connect to correct polarity (+,-)

Good Luck!

Thanks.  If you need additional info or detail...just ask.

Bodywork came back from painter.  I'm not happy   :(  Finish is not what I was expecting.  Back to the paint booth!

Oh that sucks. Good on your for sending it back and getting it right. I don't often have the courage (or money) to do that and always regret it.

Can't wait to see what you've got in store for us!

I was wondering the same thing. I'm guessing that's an emgo? 1.75 inch? I'd love to know how it sounds and will watch to see how jetting is affected, etc. Nice work!

Sorry all for being away and doing a lackluster job of posting progress results.  Fast forward to today...I completed the bike near the Indy MotoGP this year and had a great time riding it and showing it off.  It's turned a lot of heads and started plenty of conversation.  My brother came down last weekend and did a great job capturing the bike in pictures.  Check it out:

The first bike in the thread is a 350 I built with PODS.  It was a PIA.  The 400 I used the factory airbox with Uni Sock filter and 80 Mains.  Runs like a dream!
