Godzilla on TCM TONIGHT!
« on: June 02, 2011, 09:41:06 AM »

Yes,that's right. The colossal lizard starring in 'Godzilla, King of the Monsters' at 8:00pm EST tonight on TCM.

And if you're still up at 1:00am EST you can also catch, 'Godzilla vs. Monster Zero'.

In between those two is 'Rodan' at 9:45pm EST

...and'Ghidora, the Three-Headed Monster' at 11:15pm EST...(I think I once dated a Ghidora, and 'three headed monster' is too kind of a description for her!)

I guess i will be tuning in for the original Godzilla, and Rodan was always my favorite.

Japanese "B" monster movies are serious entertainment. Dubbed-in English makes them even more hilarious. Actors in monster suits trampling toy cities are soooo bad their great.

Considering it was made in 1954 while Japan was recovering from WWII it is pretty well made. The later ones were too dumb to watch.
