Julien, with your resorces, is it not posible to make patterns and get them made.
I have had dealings with this company in the States and their work is spot on.

For sure,

But I'm sure there is cheaper solution. I will contact Mark@M3. I 'm waiting for another solution. I will keep you informed.

I'm working here now: www.delwestengineering.com

Bonjour Julien-
My CR31 carbs use these unusual inlet pipes. OEM is 35/35mm; mine are 40/35mm.
I have 4 spares for you if you say OUI!

Many thanks for your offer. I will tell you soon, I have also a friend in Lyon who may have something.
With kind Regards,

Hi Eric,

My carbs are from the HM300-970 Kit sand cast and matched CR750 on the top of the plate.
The original CR750 had special rubber pipe in 300-970 ref.

But you are right, most of the CR replica are using CR900 keihin carbs for kawasaki modified.

I have to find a solution.
My carbs are the same as yours Julien - CR750, not CR900 kawasaki carbs, and it is possible to use standard rubber manifolds as Eric said. It's probably not ideal but it does work. I had to fit the manifolds to the carbs, heat them with a hot air gun to make them soft and then push them very very hard onto the head. I can't under estimate how hard it is - last time i took them off I pulled a shoulder muscle putting them back on!

Hello,

I 'm going to try or re maching the rubber, if possible with sharp tools!

Best Regards,

Julien
