I agree with Camelman, the TTR400 (TTR400.com) rearsets are the best there is.
They bolt right on without having to make any modifications, and everything you need is included.
The only drawback is that you will loose the functionality of your kick starter, but TTR400 can supply you with a kick starter blanking plug (about $20) so you can remove the internal mechanism and shave some weight off the motor.
The Rask rearsets are a joke, they are made of sandcast aluminum and the linkage uses cheap quality heim joints. Plus you will be considered a lucky man if the alignment holes match your frame without having to break out a file and remove a bunch of material.
Just my two cents worth....
