Topic: Lost keys!

So this is a new one I think...

I park my bike, take the key out and it slips out of my hand between the tank and the frame. I go to look for them and I don't see anything. So I would pull the tank off but my seat is locked! Is there a way to get the tank off with out having the seat up? Or is there a way to get the seat off without unlocking it?

Not sure what bike you are talking about, but is there any chance you can get at the seat pins opposite the lock?

I was able to pull the keeper pins out of the bolts and slide the bolts out to remove my seat while it was still latched and locked.

False alarm...I managed to get me hand to fit between the frame and tank and barely pulled them out.........
