K2 started around 9/71 slightly different stripes on completely new tank colors, stripes now sunny gold w/ white pinstripe and also a black stripe w/ white pinstripes. What color are you painting your CB750, and whats the build date?

'73 is unique from '74-'76

Your tank has right-side petcock........your bike has left-side.............make up your mind if you want to be stock-original or just close, as in hand-granades......

Actually, the K0 was painted OVER, sort of, with a clear coat on the decals. This only lasted a short while, like maybe 3 months? After that they were just decals. When the K3 style came, it was a black-painted side slab with the decal around it.
