Just got off the phone with vermont and Florida DMV. everything is good to go and paperwork will be mailed out in the AM.  THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS. if your ever in Central FL hit me up

If dealing with the DMV is not your thing, http://www.cclns.com/ works good for about ~$400.  Its pricey but its sometimes easier than dealing with bureaucrats of the state.  Only took about a month or two before I got it back.
