Topic: What other seats fit?

What other seats will fit a 1978 CB750A? I'm looking to change out to the older CB750 "straight style" seat. I can weld any necessary brackets...

I'd like to do the same thing. The seat from a 76 Hondamatic is a flat seat. They put the step seat on in 77. Not that a 76 seat is going to be easy to find.

I'm not crazy about the 78 seat either. I'm looking to find a straighter style seat more for the pan than anything else because I want a seat with less height and fatness.

Somewhere I have a copy of one of the original roadtests done by a magazine of the time. They questioned why Honda decided to change the seat to a step design. They found it uncomfortable. Thirtyfive years later, I agree.
