molds for a fiberglass seat

hey guys for some reason the search function is not working.
was wondering what everybody out there is using for their mold for fiberglass seats.  i have a plug i'm working on but was wondering what other people had success with.

It shows up right below the home button on the forum nav menu.  I missed it for a while too.  From what Ive seen they are using various dense foams and shaping that first.

Craft store floral foam is the easiest. Spray glue them together and start shaving. Definitely the easiest way to make a mold compared others like spray foam or other stuff

Go to dimecitycyles.com and check out their tech section they have a youtube vid of making a seat
