Thanks.  The front fork + brakes look much like Cb750 F2.

I believe so. The B and C models were longer with more rake I beleve. Wheelbase is 60 inches.

I'll see if I can find something.

Toy - you did a magnificent job restoring that motor.  Have you been ridong it much since you now have the time and the weather has cooled?

One thing Honda did was to revise the CBX's steering geometry and its fork very extensively. They re-angled the frame's steering head to provide 29.5 degrees of rake, two more than before, and then made up fork bridges with more forward offset to hold the trail at 120mm (4.72 inches). The new bridges also space the fork tubes 10mm farther apart, on centers, which is necessary because the tubes' diameter has been increased to 39mm. We always thought, and said, that the earlier CBX's 35mm fork tubes were too skinny for its weight and overall performance.

Great article here.

Thank you again Steve-o.  That bike was a lot of work, time and money to do. I guess anything worth while is. I still chuckle when the HD mechanic bolted out the door to see it when the whole place was filled with Harley riders. It was classic. You pretty much have to park it and get away otherwise you'll be there talking for quite a while.  :D

No, not in a couple of weeks. Just had a three day rain fest here and dropped the temp. I do have plenty of time.  ;)

I have been thinking on selling my CB 750 K and picking up a first year model but everytime I do I just ride it. It's nice to have a smaller bike sometimes. I think I would miss it. A lot.
