On the 75 CB750, is the cam cover, head and cylinders painted the same color as the engine cases?

I painted my case and head all the same color on my 75. Valve cove was polished.

Which model? The K's parts were not painted from the factory.

I didn't think so. This bike on ebay , the owner painted the cam cover.

That is paint on the head cover. It's the same color as the engine cases.
