Topic: Wiring harness for cb650

I'm tired of troubleshooting electrical problems on my 80 cb650C(problems posted in earlier thread).  Does anyone know where i can get a "NEW" wiring harness for and 80-81' CB650C??  Every time i look for aftermarket parts, i wish i bought a CB750.  But I like my 650 and cant seem to talk myself into  getting something else. 

I know that honda has discontinued them.   Can CB750 harnesses be moded into 650's?

I have a 81 CB650 that a buddy of mine gave me the other month.  It sat in the weather for a while but the motor was sound so I thought I would fix it up and get it on the road.  Had to buy a harness myself and a few other things when I came across a 74 CB550 that a guy I know was wanting to get rid of so I bought it from him and its a Jewl.  Needs Carbs rebuilt and new head gasket but no big deal, only has 14k.  Going to do the repairs next weekend.  Anyway I have the harness on the 81 CB650 C and dont need it any longer.  I paid $75 and would gladly give it to you for that price plus shipping if you want it.  All the connections seem to be great and it worked fine.  I only abandonded the rebuild because it ws going to cost me about the same to get it on the road as it did for me to buy the 550.  If you want it Email me at Littleitaly52@hotmail.com and make the subject CB650 so I know its not junk.  I also am prob parting the bike out so if you or anyone you know needs parts let me know what you need.

Thanks for the offers,  I currently have two extra "used" harnesses to work with.  I'm just looking for a nice shiny new harness to install on the bike.  I'm afraid that i'm probably out of luck when it comes to the shiny new harness, so i'll probably end up reworking one of my extra used ones.
