Ha ha, you blokes are so fcuking truthfull, you piss me off! Oops, wrong thread. But I do remember when the guy at KMart Tyre and Auto told me the work they did would cost me 850 bucks I said, "The Fcuking Hyundai isn't worth 850 bucks!". I better go get a drink. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Saw one mention for Bookers and a few for Knob Creek and Woodford Reserve.  If yer not drinking these, you ain't drinkin'!!!

I see a Joe got his bottle of Knob Creak and liked it.  Kewl.

Heck, I don't even really drink anymore.  I get no effect out of it unless it is Everclear.  I really just have the Everclear to clean the atomizer in my Electronic Nicotine Inhaler but once in a while I will pour some in a glass for me to drink.  I had to change my forum tag cause I didn't live up to the name anymore - GigaWhiskey.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

Myself as well. Last night I poured myself a glass of the Knob Creek and there is now only a sip or two left in the bottle...then I noticed just about every other bottle is close to the last sip.....then you know what I thought? Yes you are correct. Alcohol stew.

Nothing wrong with that Joe, I quite often "blend" various bottles of booze, sometimes just to collect the dregs from the bottoms of the bottles, or quite often, to improve the taste.

On someone here's suggestion, I bought a bottle of Jack Daniels Honey, and I've gotta say, it was crap. Sorry JD, I know you tried, you just failed miserably. Anyhoo, I mixed it in a spare bottle with some Chivas and Makers, with a splash of Cuban Rum, and it was positively delightful!

Alcoholism really is a wonderful pastime............. ;D

Oh the horror!!!. What you do is collect all of your small amounts from the nearly empty bottles and put it in a jar. You use that to make a nice rib sauce:

1/2 cup (packed) golden brown sugar
    1/2 cup apple butter
    1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    3 tablespoons apple cider
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

This is the proper way to mix Bourbons for a purpose.

I also have a bottle of that Honey Jack. When spring comes I will be using it poison ant hills. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

That sounds delicious Bobby! And yep, I wish I could remember who put me onto that JD Honey poop, I'd tip him upside down and shake my 41 bucks outta him! Cheers, Terry. ;D

Thanks Mate. I was raised by children of the Great Depression, you wasted nothing. During my time is Asia, the Mess Sgt was very adept at including leftover spirits into his cuisine. The Southern boys loved their Ribs and Bourbon. Mix the two they were in Heaven.

Another nice trick is to get some ribs, boil them in beer before putting them on grill then use you favorite sauce. The meat falls off the bone and there is a nice beer undertone. The guy could cook and we kept him very well supplied.

$41 for a bottle of that crap! is there no end to the depravity in this World!

Thanks Bobby, and yep, 41 bucks is the average price here for JD, and that's only a 700 ml bottle. Jimmy Beam is a bit cheaper at around 35, and Wild Turkey is around the same price as JD. No idea what Southern Comfort costs, because only poofters drink that stuff, to get the taste of sperm outta their mouths...... ;D
