Who needs a vintage Nitro CB750 dragbike?
« on: February 28, 2013, 09:05:57 PM »
Now that Bill has bought the very cool Chapman framed dragbike, this beauty is available.....  With only a few minor tweaks, it should be totally streetable ;D ;D.  Good company for Russ Jr's bikes at the track!

From ad:

"up for sale is my dragbike, built long ago as project. engine is 1080, with RC golden rods,Megacycle cam and springs,hillborn injection with new pump 3 speed auto, lock-up clutch, ARD Magneto New rear slick.Nitro Methane Fuel burner only. This is not a toy,serious racers only."

Video is set to private. Thought I would let you know.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

Dougie, my guess that it was only on gas was down to the fact that you weren't having trouble breathing and that you were in a confined space to boot. People had trouble breathing outdoors when mine was only on 50%. ::)

Well you could send the bike instead of tank, I'd owe a little cash, but what's money got to do with NITRO? Bill

  ::)
When we run our AA/FC with it's little 21 gpm pump, we joke that it's like throwing burning $100 dollar bills at it.
When we fire our big show TF - with the 105gpm pump - it becomes $1,000s...
Nitro racing - it's not for the faint of wallet.
