From the latest posts on team 6, it looks like you guys have some wiggle-room to get GZ to Albany...

On the 18th I can travel for pick up all day if ness. The 19th I have to be back in Albany by 6p. Mon-Thurs My travel will be limited to no more than 30 mile radius of Albany unfortunitly.

GZ is in Gap right now apostrophe28,  I have off Sunday and Monday but Albany to Gap is long way- gotta be 7 hours one way.  Anyone want to pick up some of the interim distance?...Larry

Someone in NYC would be the ideal middle man to run GZ up to nanuet or Kingston.

Larry, according to google maps it's less than 5 hours to Albany. If Ian could meet you halfway, would that work? We can't count on anyone in between to step up. :(

I can ride a bit but according to your avatar you're in AZ ??? scottly.  I'd prefer going up 61 rather than the stupid turnpike(actually, I do whatever possible to avoid 4 land super highways)...Larry

I can't find 61 on the map? This route is 260 miles, and 5 hours 15 minutes:

You should see the dent on the tank, amazing Prokop wasn't hurt.

I got held up in Lancaster weekend tourist traffic(you know, the lets go see the Amish type)-it took me almost 2 hours to travel 41 miles >:(

What is that route in the map you posted?  ...Larry

On Google maps I plugged in a starting point of, Gap, then a destination of Albany. Then I dragged the route further west, thinking that might be more pleasant than going to the Big Apple?

Larry, If you head up to Binghamton I could meet you somewhere on 88, or if you want to keep closer to nyc I could goto Nanuet....Ideally I would like to do somewhere around  Poughkeepsie.

Supposed to rain today plus I really don't feel like riding that far at 66 years old.  I had a farm in Binghamton and it always took at least 4 hours from this area, making for at least an 8 hour round trip.   If no one steps in I may have to package the little sucker up and ship him up to you. Is I=a28 a secret formula for being in two places at one time? ::)  ...Larry

I can relate to that. Package the little guy up and send him on his way.

Don't make me come down there! ;) If I didn't have such a backlog of work, it would be a nice ride. Working 7 days a week trying to keep up.

Don't be too quick to box GZ up!! Let's try to get him a ride from Gap, PA to Albany, NY next weekend, before resorting to the B word. ;)

There are people in NY - Moondog, BobbyR - who could step in.

Kickstart would be ideal right now.
