PM received and sent back!  I'm in Cleveland and will try to figure out when GZ will be near me, looking like east to west so maybe pick him up from the Erie or Pittsburgh area?

Is that the shop in Ypsilanti?  It's right off US12 which is a pretty sweet road.  Might end up riding it at some point during the rally...but had tentative plans to head north from the southeast corner of the state around the shoreline of the "mitten", handing off to Chitown area guys somewhere in southwest corner.  I have stopped by there a couple times and it didn't really seem like much of interest was going on ???...depends if something worthwhile is going on or where members are meeting up or what the route ends up being.

Tagging up just in case I have the time and a reliable bike by the time GZ3 is in the area...

Will you show me all of them?
Sure.

Hey Sean,

Mostly I need the time to wrench 'em and ride 'em to find any weaknesses.

Hey guys, can anybody update me on the GLA schedule?  Is GZ coming east to west?  Dipping up to ON or am I gonna have to get my passport out?  Are we talking Aug or Sept?  Sorry for all the questions, been away on vacation & trying to catch up with the lizard.

This year's is definitely the most haphazard of the 3.

If there is a fourth version I think there needs to be more discussion over the format and timing. In V1 we knew the dates far enough in advance to plan out vacation time.

However, it is working to my advantage as every extra day gives me more time to actually have a running bike sufficiently tested to take on a week long 1,000 mile trip far from home.

Ok, I nominate danny to be Chief Format Timer for G.4!   I tend to think this year is "freestyle".
