Thinking of picking this up. It's currently on sale for $107 shipped w/ prime. Just plan on general cleaning, blowing up tires, occasional air tool and occasional blasting. Anyone think they can talk me out of it?  :P

I got a portable compressor a few years ago that is about that size. It's a Bostich and came with a nail gun kit. It will run air powered tools although it don't take too long for it to cycle on & off. The cool thing is that it is very portable and for the $$.....very  8)....I say buy it!8

For blasting it will not be adequate, it'll most likely continually run and you will have to let it build up pressure before being able to use it for blasting.  Have you thought about an 18v impact wrench?  The Makita I have is my favorite tool-no noise from the air compressor and I can use the tool anywhere in the shop, house or yard.  It is abou 200 with battery, but I had a couple batteries and got the bare tool off Amazon for 107 shipped...Larry

Well, I was looking to add pontoons and a rudder to the bike anyway. Might as well start now.

Isn't it illegal to sell Mercury now a days?

Morgan Carb Tune is not mercury. It is 4 metal rods in a plastic housing. Should be able to see a pic and description if you google it.

Oh fancy. I like that.

From the FAQS:

Q. I have a 5 cylinder bike. How do I balance it?
Ok Valentino, we don't make a 5-col Carbtune so I suggest you change to a 4-cyl bike.

About a five minute dance at Mons Venus.

Not familiar with Mons Venus, looked it up and found this "friendly advice" from an employee there:

I've been working at Mons Venus a long time.

A little friendly advice:

- Take a shower. This is Tampa. It's hot and sweaty, and if you smell bad, or are all sweaty, trust me, you're not going to get the same kinda dance you would if you were clean.

- Go light on the cologne. It's been proven that cologne for the most part actually turns girls off anyway.

- Brush your teeth. Please

- The rules for dancing are: No touching in between the legs, keep your tounge in your mouth, and you can touch our chest, but don't be rough. None of us like that.

- Don't come in dirty clothes.

- You can't buy alcohol in the club, but you can buy a drink inside, go out to your car, and put something in it, or you can drink right outside the door on the benches.

- If you tell a girl you'll only do a $20 dance,
she'll most likely give you the quality of a $20 dance.

- If you see someone you like, stop her and ask her to dance for you.
We really like that.

- Contrary to popular belief for men, not spending money on the girl who's number your trying to get, is the fastest way to make her walk away.
Show her you really like her. Why would we go for anyone that isn't willing to spend money on us? There are plenty of people who will.

- Don't touch us while we walk by you. Us being half naked doesn't give you the right to touch my ass as I walk by. Ask me for a dance.

- Please do not tell me to "come back later" if you're not interested, don't waste both of our time. If you tell us you have your eye on someone else, ask us if we can go get the other girl for you. It's better for us to know your going to dance with someone, then just sitting there.

- You can not smoke in the building.

- Sitting at the stage is for customers that tip.

It's a fun club. The best one I've ever been to. Laid back, nice atmosphere, and overall a friendly place.
If you don't want a dance, but want to talk, pay us to talk. We'll be more then happy to if you're compensating us.

I inherited a bostich a few months ago, like this that seems like it works once I get a new regulator.(red knob stripped)

Then there's one of these that I never have any use for some reason.

Mostly I use a 1/2 hp this for airing up the tires.

That's plain un-American of 'em.  Actually bottle rockets are banned in this state so we get those in Missouri.
