I think the inference is that with current events, Putin has made Mr. O'Bama his new favorite "byatch" if you will. At least, that's the satire I infer from the picture. Funny if you're not a fan of either character, perhaps not if you're a fan of Mr O'Bama.

Maybe this way.  Wasn't it a bunch of Saudi citizens who attacked us on 9/11...and they were largely financed by Saudi money...and many of the Al Qaeda splinter groups are still financed by Saudi money.  In a country so tightly controlled it seems a few people in powerful positions must be playing both sides or looking the other way.  At least Obama only bowed when he met this creep.  No tongue action, hand holding, and who knows what kind of ass grabbing off camera  like W.

The skating thing isn't even funny...Obama has had a frosty relationship with Putin from day one so it's just a stupid photoshop that doesn't make much sense.  What , are you all pissed off cause he won't go to war over  Ukraine? Fuk Ukraine, they have corrupt leaders whether they lean to the West or to Russia that don't know or care a #$%* about democracy.  Half the country looks to the West and the other half to Russia.  Split the fuker up and we have no more problems.  Part of Ukraine has historically been part of Russia and for bureaucratic reasons they altered the borders in the 1950's when it really didn't mean anything.  Now it's kind of funny that it's coming back to bite them in the ass.  All I know is it's not my problem or my country's problem.

Funny about Putin is the first time Obama went to Russia no one would shake his hand.  I seen the clip one time and never heard anything about it.
