Diy intake boots CB750A

Sixth season beginning with theese diy intake boots made of silicone hose.
Not as easy to mount as originals but works well.

Here in the USA those hoses are $35-$50 each from Summit racing and other hose suppliers.

I'm a new owner of a 76 CB750A, going thru things & had to pull the carbs off. After the fact I noticed that the intake boots are #'d, are they in relation to the firing order?
