Those Italian bikes, the orange Ducati and the Laverda SFC, are just so right!   I need to look through my Ducati and Laverda books and go sit on the couch.  Perfect café type bikes for me.

From the title:

1972 750 SFC Laverda series 11,000. This bike is original (not run in 25 years) including tyres. The bike also has the factory option Grimeca front brakes. The owner is going to get it running and do a bit of a tidy up and, thankfully, not a ground up restoration.

Yep one bike I wish I had never sold as they are so expensive to buy now, as a matter of fact most older Ducati's are very expensive. Friend has a very original Ducati 750 GT round case, he is 82 and still riding it, exactly like the Black & Red you have in the photo with the water puddle behind the back wheel.

This has been in Phoenix for some time. Know nothing about this model but it needs a lot of work from what I can see.

Add to that the swing arm was chromed and the frame powder coated. Drops the value immensely.

I agree! I had a V-7 on order a while back when the tank was black but bought the CBX instead. I never liked the chrome tank after that. Out here in the Arizona sun that would give you a headache.

Just wish they would increase the HP a little. Most road tests agree.

Yup, love the Guzzi myself.
