I think faux should be used with a lotta bikes a lot of the time.
I want to do a drag bike for the street someday.  I would probably end up using the stock frame and strutting it.   Then I would probably actually take it to the track.  Then it probably wouldn't be a street bike anymore ::)

I strutted my stock frame and ran at the drags a few years,  then it went back to street,  including a few 500 mile days... It was a faux king rough ride.... But fun on the street.

I got no problems with hardtail/struts on the street.  Just run some footpegs that you can stand up on, not forward controls...ride all day.

Subscribed and looking forward to how this comes out.

Looks like a good start.. I have a question for you guys anyone have a picture of mid pegs. I know what forward controls are and where they are usually placed but would like to see where the mid sit at since I am doing a similar project always good to have future ideas.

I'm thinking mid pegs are mounted somewhere in the middle between front and rear engine mount?

Those just look like Renthal's flipped upside down. Search low rise superbike bars, or Renthal lows. Plenty of options on DCC and other on-line retailers.
