My first impression of the picture in Africa (assuming that's where it was taken) is that it was a Photoshop job - but if it is, it's a dang fine job of one.  I really and truly do no know how that person managed to ride that bike - or why someone would trust him enough to get on the back.

How does he work the throttle?   The clutch?
