Assembling a 74 750 basket case. There is a breather on the top right rear of the engine cases. Does it connect anywhere???? Or vent to the atmosphere?? How about the breather on the back of the oil tank???? Right now its plugged.

The one from the oil tank goes to the one sticking out the rear of the engine.  The one from the breather on the engine connects either to the atmosphere, or on a later model (77 and 78) connects to the breather/air separator (the black thing that hangs under the bottom of the battery box.  That breather/air separator also has a tube that comes from the bottom and goes over to the side of the frame and goes to the atmosphere down by the ground...and a third tube that connects to the top of the air box.
