Retro CB1100
« on: July 05, 2015, 08:23:07 AM »
My friend called and said he was coming over with a new bike he just finished building.

At first look as he came down the driveway, I thought he did a beautiful restoration on a vintage SOHC CB750.  Turns out, the bike is a late model 2014 or 2015 CB1100 that has been modified to look like a classic CB750 Honda.  All the parts came from Japan, I'm told this is the only bike of this kind in our country.

Thought I would share.  Thoughts and comments?

Very nice but the tank is too large! Maybe some enterprising soul will section a tank or see if an original K tank can be fit.

That's how they should all look when they come from Japan!

Pretty sure Honda does sell this bike with spoke wheels.
