where to get paint work done
« on: July 27, 2015, 09:06:20 AM »
Im starting up a restoration of a 750K5 and want the tank and side covers done professionally.  Its the Planet Blue Metallic.  I'd ship it to wherever, but I'd like someone who specializes in the old bikes who can duplicate the original scheme, and has some good photos of previous work.

thanks!

check this link, then search locally for a painter who does bike work.

Big difference between someone who does 'bike work' and someone who can really do a proper original type paint job on a K5 with all the stripes etc.

Motorcycle Classics advertises for an outfit that specializes in just this type of work. There might be a link on their website.
