I have never seen one of those before.

Not the same engine as the VF750.

Neat-o!  I've never seen one of those.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_XLV750R

"Due to its (in Honda proportions) low production numbers of approximately no more than 10,000 units worldwide ("D"- and "F"-models combined), the XLV750R is quite seldom seen - and in many countries, especially outside of Europe and Australia, it is an extremely rare bird."

i always liked these , they were the predecessor of the africa twin .
unfortunately the gearboxes were rubbish and parts for them are no longer available
i think nova make a replacement but it would be expensive

Rare bird indeed. Much different creacher than any VFR 750 I ever saw.  Is it even a 4 banger?

Honda gives US the Cuba treatment.

Honda is selling  the groms everyone, but they are toys. They don't offer the larger FI 125 like the rest of the world gets.

I think they want people to have the toy and realize they need a 500 or bigger. Repeat customer base.
