I just confirmed with Pete aka OneWheelDrive.  The bike is spoken for BUT still in his possession.  Since it was also in his possession as of May 4, when he was nominated and accepted, it remains eligible for BOTM voting.

I was going to launch into a Dennis-esque monty python rant about politics, but I won't.

I did read thru the archives in OneWheelDrives nominated bike baby and human baby too!  Mazeltov

2 wooden box case!
Nobody at home thought I'd finish, my daughters thought I'd put it under the house and that's where it'd stay.

haha, thought mine was a "basket case"  ;D

here's what I started with:

basically, a K2 frame en front end. With K7 engine, and rear.

did a quick rewire and mounted round top carbs

so after about 10years it was alive again.

With my first bike (CB750 F2) I made he mistake to pull it apart without knowing what I had. So had to rebuild the engine after about 600 miles...
Didn't want to make that mistake again so I ran the K2 for about a year before tearing it down. It turned out to be a really good motor!

then started the rebuild, found a K2 tank, modified the frame, installed frame kit:

blasted and painted all the parts

till we got to this point!

at a local bike show this weekend
