Welcome back Cheapo.
Dedicated to Sgt. Howard Bruckner 1950 - 1969. KIA LONG KHANH.

But we were boys, and boys will be boys, and so they will. To us, everything was dangerous, but what of that? Had we not been made to live forever?

Bzzzt!  Wrong.  The only thing truly safe to post is useful tech advice.  That shouldn't stop you from posting to the open forum where generally the restrictions are that the posts not be abusive or vulgar or a total waste of space - like an empty message. ;-)

Does seem safer to post in the tech forum. I guess my attempt at being funny did not work. Will post a intro when I can with pics of the bike.

It's just like when the PS2 was released back in Dec. '98 (or was it '99?)  anyway, the same thing happened.  I remember I was living in Atlanta, GA at the time, and "The Regular Guys" (morning radio show  hosts on 96 Rock) got one and auctioned it off on the radio.  I think they ended up getting about 1500 bucks or more for it. ::)

I'm just gonna wait a few months (or years) and get one with no lines and no inflated pricing ;)

Me too!!, me and the kids were playing it tonight..They are 5 and 8 and love it. So far Joust, Frogger and Pitfall are their favorites, I probably have 100 games. Still lots of fun.

ic455, Ill trade you an Atari 2600, a full set of controllers and some of my extra games straight across for a good NES....

Only one, you guys could not take more than one.  ;D

The Chair is not mine. I would guess an "Alice in Chains" fan.  :-\ As for the muzzle I am glad you like it. It is fitting with the given history here  8)

These games are classic. Funny now you can buy a darn controller with all of these games in them now for a fraction of the money the original games costed. Told the wife I want one for Christmas. Brings back memories. She wont think it is so cool when i go for an 8 hour Asteroids marathon on one game. I think the longest I ever played the game was 12 hours. Rolled over the points counter twice and just was finally sick of it.  :-\

23oo  bucks for a game console? What a frickin waste of money! :o
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

"Crazy is a very misunderstood term, it's a fine line that some of us can lean over and still keep our balance" (thanks RB550Four)
