CB750K vs CB750F rear hub, same dimensions?

I'm pretty sure they are buy can someone confirm that a K  rear hub and spoke wheel F hub are the same dimensions? Asking for the purposes of being able to swap a drum hub out for a disc hub without spoke hole alignment issues.
