« on: April 21, 2016, 02:43:53 AM »
Hi people!!
I pick my new/old bike...really well maintained..but seat in the last 2 years..

I have change the oil and the filter..but runs with that sound as in the video..

Never try on the road..

I think from the sound come to the right crankcase...maybe it could be the transmission chain?
Any info will be appreciated..

cam chain.
.get it adjusted..and then vaccum cyncro...and hope it take it..if not the clutch basket dampers can be vorn..so it run metal to metal and the plastic /rubber elemens are gone.
..but get that chain adjusted first..and thek for oil in the valve areia..a burned cam shaft..can make that,,but often it just the chain rattel hard

If the top end has ever been apart make sure the cam chain adjuster is in properly.
A few threads on it here and on the 650 site.

After a month I just picked up my bike and spin around the country...
Bike runs well,I had change tires, liquid, fitter, Oil , brake pads..etc BUT still not convince too much...in fifth gear if I release the throttle and than accelerate again, nothing happens for half second..and then go fine..every time I tried do the same...any issue?

Please complete a valve adjustment, cam chain adjustment, check/adjust timing, advance.
Finish this service with a vacuum sync of the carbs.
If you have these tools, it should take you not much more than an hour.
