Do CB350 front drums stop well? I liek the look of the entire front end on those bikes. It look liek I could pick up the entire front end and a front drum hub for not too much.

Would lacing the hub to an 18" wheel be a nightmare? I guess that might involve custom spokes?

The CB350K4 twin & early CB360 front-end and drum wheel will be a nice choice;they do stop very strong and it's an 18" front wheel stock.

You will likely need to install new stops for your forks so they do not smash/smack the beautiful S90 tank.

Great news...problem solved...search is on. Since the brake and clutch will both be cable, I am thinking inverted levers with internal cable routing...

That 350/360 front drum wheel is a nice part but heavy-looking for the S90.

The Super 90 was a screamer back in the day even stock! I can just imagine what it's like w/ the 190 engine, you could easily bury the speedo  :) What's the Bore & Stroke work out to ?

I agree about the Zundapp headlight. I Wish I was a 2 bolt...but I think the frame-mods won't be too crazy and I am actually looking forward to the re-wire challenge. I think I have a line on a 68 CB350 Front end....I actually love the fork ears and the fork-covers and plan on painting everything on the bike Porsche Bahama-yellow...so lots of paintable metal on the fork is an added bonus...I wonder if the S90 finder will still fit? I do not want chrome...could I lace the 350 hub to an s90 rim? Lots to learn on this one

I would want the CB350K4(72')front end as the top triple uses pinch bolts and the fork tubes are the same O.D. all the way to the top;the K4 twin uses 'tins' also if you like them.

So you're saying I could lower the front at the triple like when people have their fork-tubes sticking up over the triple? I have a line on a 68 full front end (no wheel) for $100. Seem like it might be a good deal (waiting on condition photos)

Yes.
The 68' front-end has different triples which don't allow movement to slide the tubes up and the top of the forks are machined-down to fit into the top triple tightly;it doesn't used pinch bolts which I prefer as on the CB350K4-K5 twins. The CB350K5/G was the last year(73') for the CB350 twin and that one used a front disc caliper the same as the CB360 disc.and the CB350K5(they also called it a 'G')didn't have 'tins' as the previous ones.I think the CB350K4 twin w/ the drum front(last yr. for that nice drum)and top triple, tins was the nicest one plus you can install the front disc brake onto the left lower/slider from the CB350G to it which is the same as the CB400F and CB360: 18" front wheel.

Yes !  That S90 has a nice CB125S motor w/ great looking(I'd install different tires for riding it though..) rims. That must have been a little work  8)  The caf'e seat looks excellent !
I'm curious what his front disc brake is ?

So your bike looks to come with 27mm fork tubes. You could look at something like a SR250 which has 32mm fork tubes and has drum and can easily take a 18" wheel.

Other option is to source GN125 forks which are 32mm and has a disc option.
