That one looks like a custom Geoff  8) I like those side covers and rear shocks,what tank is that ?

The tank on the custom 350 is from a CB500 and the shocks are a set from Hagon I believe.  The builder, Nigel Collier, races a K4 350 with the Classic Motorcycle Racing Club and has put together several for racing.  This one is destined for the road however.

 It might be from a 400, but that's definitely not a 500 tank.

I just wanted to add ..the CB 350 is a very nice looking motor...one of the best...

As 754 notes it is my Seeley Honda 750.  I have a project thread somewhere and also post in the Seeley Honda Registry thread if you wanted further details.
