1976 750F questions? Rim size ? Help please
« on: January 26, 2017, 07:07:44 PM »
Alright got a few questions before I start pulling the triggers on pricey purchases

First off I plan on buying new rims and I'm going with cognito motos wide rear wheel kit and I wanna go with 18 inch rims but Devin at cognito moto recommended 17 inch rims
I'm about 5'9 / 5'10
So I Just wanna get some more feedback of what you guys think would be better ?

Second my rear master cylinder on my 750f is complete #$%* so I need to another one but can't find a decent one for a reasonable price online
Been doing research and read somewhere that goldwing bikes used the same caliper and rear master cylinder, can someone shed some light on this
Or if there's a aftermarket rear master cylinder I can purchase please let me know

I am about the same height, with a 31" inseam and the ride height with 18" rear wheel is fine. Smaller wheel size may change the Excellent geometery your 76F. I say stick with stock size. As for the brake problem,I would thing that most Honda road bikes of that model year probably used a common set up.

Rear brake - the Wing and the F used ALMOST the same calipers. The kits work for both. The brake hose attaches differently.
