Carburettor insulator F2 and K7
« on: October 14, 2017, 07:58:16 AM »
Does anyone know if the carburettor insulators of K7 and F2 are the same? They look the same but the part numbers are different m.

The airbox top part is the same from what I can tell and the length of the carburettors is the same as far as I can tell.

I have K7 insulators on my F2. The difference is in the length, diameters are the same (K ones are slightly shorter). Part no. 410 denotes F2, 405 denotes K7.

Interchangeable if you’re running pods or some other bolt-on air box derivative, but not so if you use the standard intake system. Must be subtle difference in the frame/air box mounting points I reckon.
