Someone here asked about offset on F3 750 in earlier frame.
« on: December 21, 2017, 08:21:22 PM »
I typed an answer but the forum went down last night.
At any rate,  if you use offset turned in. If it's possible,  it lines up with early sprocket holder.
Flat sprocket on front needs 10 mmspaced outward on rear sprocket, or late carrier, and the spacers.

However if you use an offset on the front F3 shaft, with early wheel and sprocket holder, you then need to come out 20 mm. Or late carrier, spacers and 10 mm  sprocket spacer.

Hmmm...thats an interesting idea. Ive got my (F2/K4 frame)offset issue dealt with already with a late carrier but I like this one still. I gave mine a quick look- might be possible. Bob

See   I am not sure , that it can be turned.
Also I was talking 10 mm offset, there may be another size. Not sure.

My old drag bike project has a 5x16 M&H slick and I have a 77 rear drive from a project that went the other direction. Something to keep in mind, thanks.

If you try to install the shaft with its gear, you then have to change the mating gear.
Or press the gear off the sprocket shaft and install yours.
