« on: December 23, 2017, 10:43:29 AM »
Wife and Kids are heading out snowshoeing.
That have a couple pairs ofvthe new Sportbike type snowshoes.
Sooo, I dug out my traditional ones, that I used  logging. . .. been a third of a century since I used them.. lol. Real bearpaws.. plus I found another oval set  of the traditional oval type.. unused..
Hope they have fun, I don't think I could far on them with my legs.,

around here when I go snowshoeing I always bring my pistol or AK-47 as have run into bears, mean moose or pesky coyotes whom are not afraid of people, especially when they are in a pack.

Nobody uses a snowmobile to do this. That is where I was using them.

We have a similar item here for spreading the load on an unstable surface this time of year! ;D

I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

"Crazy is a very misunderstood term, it's a fine line that some of us can lean over and still keep our balance" (thanks RB550Four)
