What do these 3 wires go to

77cb750....what do these go to?

Looks like the regulator wires... No wonder it ain't charging!
...either that, or those are the flasher wires... can't tell from the color really, but if you have a turn signal that works, it's the regulator wiring...

 There is usaully an extra green back there on 750's,can't tell the color of the wire for sure but do you have a turn signal flasher already hooked up or are those the wires ? The spot is right so that is my guess,turn signal flasher.

So these are hooked to the regulator. Were do the other three go?

Nope no signals....thats what I was thinking perhaps for a flasher...bike is not charging though yamahawk.
Cleaning all the contacts now and trying to trace it down.

 And the battery is good for sure ? What kind of voltage do you get when the engine is running ?

Yep brand new. Just trickle charged it up to 12.5v

 Technically you charged it up 80% according to this chart. Shows how to do a load test also which is very simple  https://www.revzilla.com/common-tread/how-to-test-a-motorcycle-battery

Fixed it! Bad regulator- replaced with a spare and now 14.2 at 3500rpm's!

I figured it was going to be a bad component, that voltage was just too low. I have a couple spares here, and run a Rick's VRR that came with the bike. Good to know you figured it out!
