2 cylinders

Hi There,
My CB650 1981  has stopped running on No1 and No3 Clylinders. Any ideas why would be really appreciated .

 plug caps, carbs plugged, plugs fouled, lack of compression, bad gas, Have you check anything yourself yet? Such as spark at those plugs, has it been running recently or did you pull it out of storage?

did you pull the carb bowls for the offending cylinders to check for a stuck or low float?

Sorry, but that’s not good enough of a reply if you want help.

Answer these questions:

Has this bike ever run on all cylinders in your possession?

How are you determining you’re running on only #’s 2&4?

Does it do it all the time? If not, elaborate.

Explain how you “did” all the stuff that Don listed.

Is your battery freshly charged and holding a good charge?

Have you performed the 3k mile maintenance checklist?
