;D hey! So I picked up a 1977 CB750 super sport with what from I read here are the Comstar wheels, now I’m looking to go for a brat or cafe style on the bike and feel the Mag wheels need to get replaced with spiked same size wheels.

Does anyone know which years spoked wheels I can fit on my bike with little to no modification?

it would be easier to change complete front end etc rather than find a wheel and adapt everything else to fit which may be too much work for you. have a look at some brat pics and you will see some bikes with comstars painted black. they can look quite cool

A spoke 750 front wheel will bolt right up to F2/F3 forks, but the brakes are a different issue. Thinned 550 rotors will bolt up to the 750 wheel, but the F calipers will need shimming. In the rear, if you want to keep the rear disc brake, your only option would be an F0/F1 wheel, but I have no idea what would be involved with making it work.

Like Scott says the 6 hold spoke wheels fit.. what we have done is then adapted big floating rotors to the hub and better calipers that require adaptors.
The F fork is far easier to use for adapting different calipers.
And floating bigger discs are easy to finf to fit the 6 bolt pattern.
I think I still have a set of adaptors  and calipers around.

I had built some big brake stuff for the guy with the unzipping avatar... Bert ***

Here is a Big brake Scottly did, it would fit the wire 6 bolt wheel.

The back from a 75-76 F should bolt up easily.  I have a 77 rear caliper on my 76 750F and it works with my spoked wheel with no mods.

I would look for a 75-77 GL1000 GoldWing front wheel. It's twin disk with rear fork lower mounted calipers front the get go, so might need fewer mods. It's also aluminum, so lighter.

i appreciate all the suggestions and input, definitely going to consider sticking with my wheels in black. Considering this is on a budget and do not want to go crazy throwing money at it.
