Does anyone out there have anyting definitive from Honda that says a K1 is a 1971? Im fighting the Mass RMV on my 1970 CB750 Sn 27XXX. The PO title from PA has it listed as a 1971.

Don't fight it, enjoy it.  :)
Build date is one thing.
Sale date and title date were tied together in those days, at least that's how it was done here in MI.
I have a 1970 built K1 titled as a 1971, sold new in 1971.

Honda wrote new titles for leftover bikes. The first one sold at our local shop was a sandcast and titled as a 70, the next was a diecast and was titled as a 69. The third was also a 70.

I also have a late K0 titled as a 71. I'd have to check the numbers. I didn't memorize that one yet.
