Topic: Has anyone double disc'ed a Lester?

 Title says it all. I already pinned the speedo drive to the wheel hub. Just wondering if anyone has actually done it. I doubled up my 76F, it worked and looked awesome.  This will be on my diecast hot rod bike. I remember swoop asking and whaleman having done it a few years ago. 
 I do have a nice K0 rotor and caliper, I should save them for another bike.

Just compare the lester hub to a stocker, if they are functionally the same, which I assume they are, it's the same as putting dual discs on a stocker.

I found that center of hub to rotor mounting face on each side was not the same on mine. I had a machine shop take material off that face to get them to match. Then the rotors didn't look weird from the front and I was able to use mirrored brackets for the calipers.

Isn't the Lester for the 500/550/750 the same as the one for the Goldwing, which is dual disk stock?

I found that center of hub to rotor mounting face on each side was not the same on mine.

The stock wheel hub mounting faces are also offset; the left side face is .120" closer to the fork leg than the right side. The bearings are also not the same offset on both sides, which makes me wonder how guys are centering the rim when lacing and truing spokes; there is no reference point for the center of the hub?

 Good point scottly, I just duplicated the front rim/hub relationship of another rim so it's probably still offset. I trued the rear in a swingarm with the bushings in place.
 It's possible when the gl1000's came out they adjusted the Lesters to work.

My Morris wheel has the offset in the bearing carriers; the center of the wheel hub is symmetrical to the outer edge of the rim area. I spent a fair amount of time trying to measure this accurately, and found that there was an error of .040 in the Morris carriers. My advice is to check the spacing from the rim to the fork lowers; this should be the same on both sides. It's hard to measure with K forks, but the F2/3 forks have machined surfaces for the fender mounts that line up closely near the rim, which made for an easier job.

 Yes, sort of.... but it's been modified. Machined and spacers made to fit the R6 front end.
