just to inform here also. My plan is to ship the product by 1st of June. Thats the plan at least

Just to give you a sense of logistic

1. One company is importing PA 46 for me
2. One company for CNC
3. One company for laser cutting steel plates
4. One company for making tensioner spring
5. One company for lathe pieces and one pin needs to be heat treated
6. One guy to weld steel plates and to assemble everything

I get how hard these are to make, and I for one appreciate you aiming for a best solution rather than the easier solution.

I started production of tensioner system. Already paid in advance to some shops. Hopefully everybody in production/supply chain will keep up to agreed delivery dates.

I will contact now people for advance payments. Majority of you want to pay 100% in advance. But 50% is ok also.

There is 10 sets ordered. I am making 10sets. Just to make it clear that there will be no surplus left. There is probably several more days to order before time runs out...

PA 46 is in the house. Finally. At the end it was sourced in white color because of different supplier... Ensinger instead of DSM. I attached specification of sourced PA46

One good news and one bad news.

Everything is assembled and ready for shipping for the last 7 days.

That brings me to a setback....

I was not feeling ok with white material polyamide. Simply it was not looking/feeling right under my fingers like PA46. I sent samples to laboratory to ease my mind 10 days ago. I've got results yesterday and it is not PA46 it is ordinary PA6. I new https://www.dsm.com is making white PA46(TW371, TW441) specially for cam tensioners so I believed that they sent us that material.

I am not sure did material vendor tried to trick me or somebody from Netherlands tried to trick them... Not important. Got my money back and CNC shop agreed to help me by redoing the parts because they ordered the material. I lost some money but also not important.....

I ordered original DSM red PA46 material today directly from confirmed supplier from Germany. I used their DSM red PA46 in original prototype of primary tensioner. Material will be here next week. CNCing is scheduled for 12th of July.

Sorry for delay and inconvenience and please be patient. You can guess that I did not take this easily but it is my responsibility. I hope I will ship tensioners on 20th something of July....
