Hello guys
« on: June 26, 2020, 12:21:44 AM »
Hello, I am new to this board.
I have been having a lookaround and I see that there are loads of people here that know a lot aboat SOHC Hondas, and other bikes as well.
My name is Per, I am Swedish, a bit old at 62, but still around 12 at heart. I live just north of Stockholm, with wife and three more or less grown up kids. I work as a male nurse, in psychiatry at the moment.
Bikewise I have a 1975 cb 500 four cafe racer, in some sort of rolling resoration/build progress. I have started a thread on that but so far no answers, but I just realised that I had not said hello properly, sorry aboat that.
I also own a Kawasaki zx7r, pretty modyfied as well but in great need of some major engine TLC, during this winter. The frame and the fuel tank are the only stock items om that one.
The Cb has a stock front hub and tank, the rest is modded, for better or worse. I just cant stop fiddling with my toys, be it bikes or guitars.
Cheers............................Per, Sweden

If it sounds like I know what I'm talking about, it's because I cut and pasted from someone else.

About Italian ..
I had Spaghetti Carbonara for lunch!
I made at least 8 meals of it. Very easy to prepare and very tasty.
Unfortunately no Italian red whine,  only a small beer, 3.5% version.

I remember how impressed the Italian girls and women were when I and my friend entered Rimini summer1987and I gave my K6 some throttle with front wheel in a perfect lift during 25-50m at a green light. Its 4-1 had a nice loud tone.

They screamed and waved at the sidewalks.

Same at gas stations, 2 guys with tanned faces, not shaved for a day or 2 dressed in leather. Women (30-50yo) flirted wildly! That age is young chicks today! :D

They initially thought we came from Germany, they were very happy when they understood we came from Sweden since they still loved some Swedish fotball pros from older days 60-70's.
