when you put the sprocket carrier back into the hubs there any slop or backwards/forwards movement ? if so then attention is needed
the obvious fix is to replace the rubbers in the hub, the other way is to fill the gaps caused by the compressed rubbers and this can be done by putting slices of bicycle inner tube around the metal 'posts' on the back of the sprocket carrier
i discovered this bodge the other day while investigating the cause of looseness in the back wheel/sprocket carrier on the zzr, as above the rubbers can be replaced but they wear out really quickly so someone discovered this repair method, apparently it lasts longer than simply replacing the worn out bits ( and is a sh!tload cheaper too)
